These slices are made up of two decadent layers. A sweet carrot and oaty base – made out of gluten-free oats, organic dates and raisins and of course organic carrots – sits beneath a rich citrus cashew cream layer.
These slices are sold in individual packs, or in trays of 18, which are ideal for storing in your freezer at home. Unfortunately they are too gooey to ship but are available for local delivery.

I offer a free local delivery service in Henley-on-Thames on Fridays between 9am and 3pm. Please ensure that you are on-hand to receive your goodies as they will need to be refrigerated.
How to store:
I use no artificial additives or preservatives in my slices and because I like to add coconut oil for a nutritional boost, they will soften at room temperature. Please keep them refrigerated in an airtight container at all times and consume with in 4 days. Slices can also be frozen for up to six weeks in an airtight container and then taken out and refrigerated for 30 minutes before eating. If you can’t wait that long, they can be enjoyed straight from the freezer!
